Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all around the world! International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees determined by the destination country. Estimated import taxes and customs fees are presented at the checkout and not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees. International transit times may vary due to delays presented at customs. 

I missed my delivery

If you are not there when your order arrives and you have chosen home delivery, the carrier should leave a delivery note stating where you can pick it up (usually your local post office) or how you can re-schedule a delivery. Sometimes there are multiple delivery attempts if you have not signed an agreement about delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place.

I haven't received my order
