When does my shop close?

The closing date is shown in your club shop or shared by your club. Order before it closes, as late orders cannot be guaranteed.

How should I choose a size?

Measure carefully. We recommend sizing up if a gymnast is between sizes, especially when allowing for growth during the production wait.

When will my order arrive?

Club-shop items are made to order. The production estimate starts after the shop closes and the combined club order is confirmed. Your club or EMG will share the expected delivery timing.

Can I change my order?

Contact EMG immediately with your order number and club name. Changes are only possible before production is confirmed.

How will I receive my order?

Delivery and distribution follow the arrangement agreed with your club. If your order is dispatched directly, you’ll receive confirmation and tracking where available.
